Ultra-low emissions are being vigorously promoted in the steel industry. The emissions of waste water, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides have reached the international leading level. A large number of steel enterprises have become cleaner factories, garden factories and green factories. Luo tiejun pointed out that China’s steel volume is large, the low emissions of a single China steel tube manufacturer gathered together, the local environment is still difficult to bear;The discharge management in the factory is good, while the transport outside the factory is poor.The iron and steel industry is energy-intensive, accounting for about 16% of the total energy consumption. With the development of the city, some steel enterprises have been in the core area of the city.

Luo tiejun further pointed out that in the past two years, steel enterprises have made considerable profits and contributed more to local economic growth.In the face of downward economic pressure, some local governments have become increasingly dependent on the steel industry, unilaterally emphasizing the advantages of the local steel industry while neglecting coordination and green development.For the central city, environmental excellence, urban construction level and public service system are the basic factors to attract high-tech talents and the basic elements to build high-tech enterprises.Without coordination and greenness, it is difficult for a city to be innovative, open and Shared.Steel enterprises cannot integrate with cities, so they have to close, transform and relocate of the production of galvanized steel pipe.
