In the past five years, the integration of the iron and steel industry has continued to deepen, with the integration index of the two industries reaching 53.6 in 2019, and the digital rate of production equipment reaching 49.8 percent. On the basis of the integration of industrialization, the steel industry has fully grasped the industrial revolution opportunity brought by the new generation of information technology, integrated intelligence into the decision-making process of steel manufacturing and operation, and accelerated the organic integration of advanced equipment, advanced materials, advanced technology and industrial Internet. At present, the iron and steel industry has built 9 intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration enterprises, baowu, anshan, tisco, nangang and other steel pipe suppliers in the intelligent workshop, intelligent mining, mass customization and other application fields have achieved remarkable results.
