During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, 80 percent of China’s steel production capacity was upgraded to ultra-low emissions, and the country’s coking capacity of 460 million tons was upgraded to cleaner production. Under the historical requirements of the comprehensive implementation of cleaner production in the rectangular steel tube, we will strengthen the demonstration and application of collaborative efficiency innovation technologies for pollution reduction and carbon reduction and green and low-carbon process technologies, and comprehensively enhance the green development and high-quality transformation capability of the industry through technological innovation.
First, we will further tap the potential of coordinating ultra-low emission pollution reduction with energy conservation and carbon reduction. Strengthen the optimization of the structure of the furnace charge, the use of waste heat to reduce the carbon source reduction technology application, and research and development of blast furnace gas faster, efficient and stable into the industrial application of structural steel pipe; Strict application of process control technologies such as reversing gas recovery in heating furnace to achieve pollutant emission reduction; At the end of the treatment process, more attention is paid to the potential mining of energy saving and low carbonization, and the research and development and operation of treatment technologies such as low-temperature SCR denitrification technology, SCR efficient and precise ammonia injection technology, and energy-saving and efficient dust removal facilities are carried out. Promote the joint recycling of wastewater from the black iron steel pipe and promote the industry-wide application of the process of reducing the amount of water-contaminated pollutants and reducing carbon.
