Curtain wall construction and maintenance

The pulling capacity of anchor bolts in the rear embedded parts shall be tested on site in accordance with the national standards. The ultimate bearing capacity of field test should be more than 2 times of the design value. Light filled walls shall not be used as supporting structures for curtain walls. The acceptance of the curtain wall project shall conform to the provisions of the relevant project construction standards. The acceptance of concealed works shall also provide corresponding graphic and video data. In areas where typhoon, rainstorm and other bad weather are involved, tests of drenching and reliability shall also be carried out. The curtain wall shall be taken as an important part of residential project inspection and acceptance. When the curtain wall project is completed and accepted, the curtain Wall Operation and Maintenance Manual shall be provided to the owner, the contents of which shall conform to the technical Specifications for Glass Curtain Wall Project and other relevant engineering construction standards. The owner is responsible for the safety maintenance of the hidden frame glass curtain wall. After the completion and acceptance of the building curtain wall project, the owner of the building curtain wall shall meet the following provisions and entrust the institutions with the corresponding engineering design, construction and testing qualifications to conduct regular security risks investigation:
The curtain wall of the pull rod or cable structure shall have a comprehensive pre-tension inspection and adjustment six months after the completion of acceptance, and then every three years; (3) After 10 years of use of curtain wall engineering, sampling inspection should be carried out on the bonding performance of structural silicon sealant in different parts of the project, and then every three years; (4) For the office glass curtain that continues to be used beyond the designed service life, the owner shall organize experts to carry out safety assessment and carry out the assessment opinion.
