At present, China’s iron and steel industry and enterprises are deeply carrying out intelligent manufacturing practice on the basis of significantly improving the level of integration. In view of the development of intelligent manufacturing in China’s iron and steel industry during the “14th Five-Year Plan”, it is suggested to continuously deepen the utilization of data, with the goal of maximizing benefits, real-time service, intelligent decision-making and visualization of operations, and the construction of a new generation of carbon steel pipe management and control center as the focus of intelligent manufacturing. While solving the problem of isolated information through the intelligent management and control center, the in-depth utilization of data is promoted.
