Second, the actual per capita use of steel and economic aggregate to compare, in a process of development. Third, steel production mainly from the aspect of energy conservation and emission reduction, smelting capacity to be substantially compressed. In the process of reduction, more seek intensive development, the total amount of steel in these years if there is no total control, may be higher than now.
